Phase 2 has been nearly completed and lots are now for sale.
Phase one has been completed and sold out. Landscaping and construction of the pavilion/laundry rooms has been nearly completed. Phase 2 lots (lots # 20 - 38) are NOW FOR SALE!
All RV park lots are approximately 60 x 40 and have:
- Water, electricity (20,30 & 50 amp) and septic.
- 10’x50’ concrete pad that will be level, hand troweled, cut and have a light broomed finish.
- Access to a common area that will include: Picnic pavilion, restroom/shower facility, laundry facility, and lawn area.
- There will also be a pet run and other common open areas.
Slots will be selected by Buyers on a “first come, first serve” basis.
HOA fees are currently $660 per year and include the cost of water, septic, insurance and property tax on the common ground, trash removal, maintenance costs, and reserves.
Property taxes for the individual slots will be the responsibility of the slot owner and were $272 in 2023.
