It is estimated to take two months for substantial completion, weather permitting on this one-of-a-kind member-owned RV development in Ten Sleep, Wyoming.
All RV park spaces will be approximately 60 x 40 and will have:

Slots will be selected by Buyers on a “first come, first serve” basis.
HOA fees will be approximately $600 per year and will include the cost of septic, insurance and property tax on the common ground, trash removal, maintenance costs, and reserves. They may be pro-rated for the first year, depending on construction schedule.
Property taxes for the individual slots will be the responsibility of the slot owner and are anticipated to be approximately $210 a year.
A draft HOA covenants document will be provided to all buyers.
A $10,000 deposit will be required at the time of an executed contract. The closing of the purchase of the lots will be as soon as possible following the completion of Phase One and final approval by the Washakie County Commisioners.
